Braun Safety Associates has been a great partner in building a new safety culture. They worked directly with our plants on safety compliance and practices. The plant managers, skeptical at first, really enjoyed Braun Safety Associate’s approach and interactions. This comfort level resulted in a significant reduction in lost time accidents and more importantly got people thinking about and employing safe practices. BSA has also become our go to resource for safety and compliance questions.
I really enjoyed your instruction a few weeks back. You really motivated me to dig into the 1910 regulations. Also, thank you for telling me about the Safety Specialist Certificate. I have looked into and if I can get the school to pay for it I want to obtain that certificate.

Cindy Braun is a tremendous safety consultant.
In 2010, Campbell County School District in Gillette, Wyoming engaged Braun Safety Associates, LLC to perform a detailed audit of our processes. Ms. Braun was asked to root out our underlying problems and make recommendations. Her Report and Recommendations lead to the most substantial upgrade in our program in the history of the district. Not only our systems, but our very culture was affected and improved because of Cindy's insights and understanding of how to communicate her recommendations in an effective and well-organized way.

I wanted to thank you for the information you provided to my class at the Minnesota Safety Council this past spring, which helped me and my company achieve much needed success.
Approximately two years ago, we began a comprehensive injury reduction initiative that involved numerous components in response to excessively high premiums. The course content at the Safety Council not only confirmed that our project contained the right components thus far, but pointed out (through the work plan exercises) where I was missing key points.
Our focus had always been to foster a positive safety culture while ensuring that our safety management functions as a system, including all employees as stakeholders.
As a result, we were able to decrease our experience mod by 15 points, receive a six-figure premium refund, cut our work comp premium in half, and reduce our lost time accidents by 86% in 2011.
Thanks again to you and all at the Minnesota Safety Council for your advice, support, and guidance. It paid off in healthier employees!
